Woodlake Market Loyalty program cannot be used with bulk purchasing. All rewards are subject to availability, some exclusions apply. Management has the final discretion on viability of product purchase towards points accumulation.

Kohler Waters Spa rewards must be scheduled ahead of time. Day passes exclude weekends and holidays. Spa Services Monday–Thursday only. Non-redeemable on all holidays, including week between Christmas and New Year's. Dining rewards must be scheduled ahead of time. 


Lodging rewards redemption is subject to availability at the discretion of Kohler Hospitality. A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. The original certificate must be presented at time of check in or all charges will be the bearer's responsibility until such time as the original document is provided. This certificate has no cash value and is not transferable or redeemable for cash or trade to other promotions, packages, or services within our resort hotel and associated businesses. Valid one year from time of acceptance

Redeem points whenever you like—it's your choice.

 

Mix and match your rewards. For instance, with 1,000 points, you can choose a reward from the 1,000-point reward level or two rewards from the 500-reward level.

 

Opt for store credit and use it on your next shopping spree. Or if you prefer a Kohler, Wisconsin experience, we’ve got a special voucher you can use toward that, valid for one year (subject to availability).

 

All accrued points must be redeemed at the same time. For example, if you use 1,000 of your 2,000 points for a Woodlake Market credit, the remaining 1,000 points must be redeemed for rewards, either store credit or other experience, at the same time.

 

Good news! Your loyalty points and store credit never expire. But keep in mind, vouchers for experience rewards are valid for one year.
